What platfrom do you design on?
I design on Showit because it’s hands down the best for creative flexibility. Showit gives you full control to customize your website without needing to touch a line of code—so no tech headaches here! It’s also perfect for SEO, integrates seamlessly with WordPress for blogging and is super user-friendly, which means once your site is live, you’ll have no trouble updating it yourself.
Do you offer branding with design services?
I offer branding package with all design services expect the one page website but can add that onto your package, NO PROB! Branding includes a custom brand board, color palette, fonts and a word mark logo. You’ll need to provide your own branding images and website copy for all services, but if you already have your branding dialed in and don’t need updates, we can roll with what you’ve got!
do you offer design for e-Commerce stores / digital products?
I don’t design full e-commerce shops, but I can set up placeholders on your site for your digital or physical products. You’ll be in charge of connecting your products through Showit, whether you’re using Shopify or another e-commerce platform. I’ll provide resources to guide you for adding digital products to Showit, but the back-end setup is all yours! Just a heads-up, this will be an add-on to any package, so make sure to mention it when you inquire.
What if I don't know how many pages I need?
That’s totally okay! I’m here to help guide you through the process and figure out the best solution for your business. When you fill out the contact form, just be as detailed as you can so I can assist you better. And don’t worry—you won’t make any payments or sign anything until you’re confident about your design choice!
HOW HANDS ON DO I NEED TO BE?
In the beginning, it's a collaborative process where we’ll work together to dive deep into your brand or business. You’ll have some upfront homework, but don’t stress—you get a full week to think through the questions at your own pace (no rushed calls here!) The clearer you are upfront, the less I'll need to check in later. Once your prep work is in, I’ll get started on your design, and from there, I’ll only reach out for final approvals and to confirm your launch date!
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, I do offer payment plans based on the size of your project! During the invoice process, you'll have the option to pay in full or set up a payment plan that fits your needs. Just a heads up: one-page websites must be paid in full due to the quick turnaround time. Also, your final design will be released only once the total payment is complete, which could delay your launch date. So, keep that in mind when making your decision!
